According to the different environmental and air conditioning requirements of different functional areas in comprehensive hospitals, it follows the model of "three zones, two belts and three channels" for the separation of medical staff and patients, and the separation of clean and dirty areas. It is an integrated application solution developed by a research and development team of over a hundred people. Be able to quickly transform general wards into infectious disease wards during the epidemic. System advantages

The water-cooling system is a traditional cold source, which operates stably. The variable frequency technology is convenient and quick to adjust, making it more energy-saving and efficient. The heat source adopts municipal heating, which is stable and reliable. However, for areas that need to be heated in advance, self-provided heat sources should be considered.

The system and products have the following features

1)Through the application of core technologies such as two-stage compression gas supply and smoke increase, efficient falling film evaporation, real-time flow control, flash tanks, anti-surge, and Internet of Things remote intelligent services, the COP can reach up to 6.34-6.65.

2) The national patented falling film evaporation technology adopts high-efficiency falling film heat exchange tubes. The refrigerant is evenly drizzled onto the heat exchange tube array through the liquid distributor and forms a film on the surface of the heat exchange tubes, allowing the refrigerant to fully contact the heat exchange tubes. The heat exchange efficiency is increased by more than 15% compared with the traditional flooded evaporator, the refrigerant charge is reduced by 20%, and the oil return effect is improved. It can effectively reduce the volume of the unit by more than 20%, providing a larger space for the layout of the machine room.

3) Equipped with a self-developed NB-IoT remote intelligent control module for the Internet of Things, it can be operated via a mobile phone APP, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to stand by. It offers fault early warning prompts and online diagnosis.
