Core technology

The GRAD combined air handling unit adopts the national patented technology of mortise and tenon double labyrinth forced bolt connection between the panels, and the air leakage rate is only 1/15 of the national standard. Leading cold bridge breaking technology completely eliminates cold Bridges, prevents cold leakage to the greatest extent, and is less prone to rust.

So it has been widely used in stadium, exhibition centers, airport, large station, as well as in all kinds of factories, such as car, electronics, textile, medicine, tobacco, alternator, and precise instrument. The structure of the unit body is sectional one. The holding –temperature board is the double-layer quality steel filling with polyurethane foam or polystyrene compound board. The frame is made of specialized steel or aluminum alloy structure. Because of the fine sealed measure taken between the board and frame, the rate of wind leaking is reduced to the least. The cool-heat-exchanger adapts the copper-tube string-ripple aluminum-wing structure, combining with its scientific fin pitch and watery process, fine manufacturing techniques, which endows the exchanger the features of high rate of heat exchanging, low water resistance, lighter weight and long life span, etc.

GRAD covers vertical (air volume from 2000 ~ 60000m3 /h), horizontal (wind increased from 2000 ~ 60000m3/h), and ceiling-type (air volume from 1000 ~ 16000m3/h) three series of air-handling unit to meet customers’ need of cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification and so on.
