The GRAD air source heat pump system incorporates an independently developed NB-IoT remote intelligent control module, enabling smartphone-based operation without the need for on-site personnel. This advanced system provides predictive fault alerts and real-time diagnostics while maintaining high efficiency across a broad operating range of -30°C to 43°C ambient temperatures, with heating capacity to deliver 60°C outlet water temperature.
Compatible with multiple terminal configurations, the unit supports radiator systems, underfloor heating, and centralized air conditioning for both cooling and heating applications. Its patented smart defrosting technology precisely detects frost formation, enables rapid defrost cycles, and significantly reduces both defrost frequency and duration compared to conventional systems.
