Closed Loop Cooling Tower
Closed Loop Cooling Tower principle and application:
Module of closed cooling tower is red copper coil with high heat transfer efficiency, allows working fluid (purified water or other liquid) pipeline pass through, makes heat exchange with air through fan to complete at a time so as to achieve energy efficiency and environmental protection and maintain pipeline cooled clean and smooth. It is available for long-term operation by connecting water inlet and outlet at user's site. It is another high-end choice for modern industrial cooling and is widely applicable to complete induction and heating equipment, IF furnace, die casting machine, etc.
The circulating water system is divided into:
1. The internal circulating water system:
Circulating water enters into the copper pipe after heat exchange with the heat source to rise in temperature, and carries out heat exchange indirectly with spray water outside the pipe. The cooled circulating water flows out from the tower and is sent to heat source by the system circulating water pump (the cooled equipment).
2. The external circulating water system:
The spray water is sent from the lower water tank to the upper spray water tank by the spray pump. Water that freely falls, and coil and filling transfer heat by contacting, heat finally dissipates from both sides of the tower into the dry cold air to be carried away, and the spray water after cooling falls into the lower water tank for circulating again.
The internal circulating water can carry out heat exchange with the spray water and air outside the pipes through coiled pipes, so as to avoid the water pollution caused by the direct contact between the cooled water and air. The heat transfer effect is obviously better than that of the air cooler because of the spray water that is cooled by PVC filling outside pipes.
