Introduction
Water tanks are classified into six types based on their materials: fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) water tanks, stainless steel water tanks, stainless steel inner tank FRP water tanks, seawater FRP water tanks, enamel water tanks, and galvanized steel plate water tanks. The water tank is generally equipped with HYFI remote transmission liquid level electric valve, water level monitoring system, automatic cleaning system and self-cleaning disinfection device. The overflow pipe of the water tank is connected to the drain pipe valve of the water tank and is equipped with insect-proof net. The water tank should have two ventilation pipes of different heights (equipped with insect-proof net), and the water tank is equipped with internal and external ladders. Water tanks generally have an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe (domestic outlet pipe, fire outlet pipe), an overflow pipe and a drainage pipe. According to their different functions, water tanks are classified into five types: domestic water tanks, fire water tanks, production water tanks, civil air defense water tanks and household water towers.

This product adopts Q235 steel panel and is stamped to form standard blocks of 2000×1000,2000×500,1500×1000, 1500×500,1000×1000 and 1000×500,500×500,etc.,assembling on site,assembling Non-toxic rubber mats are placed between the standard blocks and bolted.
The storage volume ranges from 1.0 cubic meters to 3000 cubic meters and the height can reach 5 meters.
The diameter of the inlet pipe,outlet pipe and overflow pipe of the water tank shall be determined by design:there shall be no less than 700mm passages around the water tank,and the bottom of the tank and the top of the tank shall be not less than 600mm.The connection gap between the bottom of the box and the standard block at the bottom of the box shall be located on the support.
Water filing experiment:After the water tank is assembled,close the outlet pipe and the drain pipe,open the inlet pipe,and check it while releasing the water.When it is full,it will keep the water for 2-3 hours.The thickness of the board has the thickness of the national standard and the thickness of the company,which is freely chosen by the customers.
