Introduction

The galvanized steel water tank is a new type of water tank designed and   manufactured by GRAD.The manufacture and installation of this product are not    affected by civil construction,no welding equipment,one-time stretch forming,beautiful   and durable,prevent secondary pollution of water quality,and conform to the    standardization and system of building products.Chemical and factory requirements.

This product adopts Q235 steel panel and is stamped to form standard blocks of   2000×1000,2000×500,1500×1000, 1500×500,1000×1000 and 1000×500,500×500,etc.,assembling on site,assembling Non-toxic rubber mats are placed between the   standard blocks and bolted.

The storage volume ranges from 1.0 cubic meters to 3000 cubic meters and the height  can reach 5 meters.

The diameter of the inlet pipe,outlet pipe and overflow pipe of the water tank shall be  determined by design:there shall be no less than 700mm passages around the water tank,and the bottom of the tank and the top of the tank shall be not less than 600mm.The  connection gap between the bottom of the box and the standard block at the bottom of  the box shall be located on the support.

Water filing experiment:After the water tank is assembled,close the outlet pipe and the   drain pipe,open the inlet pipe,and check it while releasing the water.When it is full,it will  keep the water for 2-3 hours.The thickness of the board has the thickness of the   national standard and the thickness of the company,which is freely chosen by the  customers.
