Air Cooling Scroll Chiller
GRAD air cooled scroll cold (hot) water air conditioning unit has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, reasonable structure, easy operation, safe running, as well as convenient installation and maintenance, It is widely used for comfort central air-conditioning system in public facilities such as hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, exhibition halls, airports, stadiums, and can meet different using requirements of technological air conditioning system in various industries such as electronics, pharmaceutical, biology, textile, chemical, metallurgy, power and machinery, etc.
Air cooled scroll cold (hot) water air conditioning unit is classified into single cooled unit and heat pump unit. The heat pump unit is a multi-purpose machine integrating functions of cooling and heating, which can achieve cooling in summer and heating in winter.
Air cooled scroll cold (hot) water air conditioning unit adopts intelligent defrosting, which can defrost promptly and thoroughly so as to avoid heat loss. At the same time, it possesses several automatic control functions such as energy management and anti-freezing monitoring, etc.
A series of work such as unit assembly, piping, heat preservation, electronic control system and system leak detection, refrigerant filling and test run are all completed in factory.
Features of microcomputer control:
It can detect cold water return and extracted water temperature. When water temperature rises to the set value of unit starting temperature, the unit will automatically start.
In case the load lowers to the allowable minimum value, the unit will automatically stop and can start automatically. Possess simple keyboard input and complete LCD display screen.
Display cold water return and extracted water temperature and its set point, alarm conditions as well as compressor running hours. Remote startup and stop signals are available.
