The GRAD Ultra-High Efficiency Falling Film Centrifugal Unit is designed for commercial, residential, and industrial real estate, as well as government and public buildings. Leveraging five core technologies—including two-stage compression with gas injection and enthalpy boost, high-efficiency falling film evaporation, flash tank design, anti-pulsation technology, and IoT integration—it delivers a 15% improvement in energy efficiency while ensuring cost-effective, worry-free operation and maintenance.
This system addresses critical industry challenges, such as low unit energy efficiency, high operational costs, and difficulties in fault diagnosis and maintenance.
By incorporating advanced domestic innovations like two-stage compression and gas injection enthalpy boost, the GRAD unit achieves a COP of 6.34–6.65, outperforming single-stage centrifugal chillers with 5%–8% higher energy efficiency
