The GRAD combined air handling unit adopts the national patented technology of mortise and tenon double labyrinth forced bolt connection between the panels, and the air leakage rate is only 1/15 of the national standard. Leading cold bridge breaking technology completely eliminates cold Bridges, prevents cold leakage to the greatest extent, and is less prone to rust.
Superior performance
The high-efficiency heat exchanger adopts the dedicated air conditioning design and selection software jointly developed with Hebei University of Technology. It simulates the operating conditions for calculation, designs the best reverse flow, and uses an overall mechanical tube expansion process. The tubes and fins are closely combined. It adopts sinusoidal corrugations, plain corrugations, and windowed (different structures are selected for different environments) hydrophilic aluminum foil fins to improve heat exchange efficiency and enhance heat exchange effect The heat exchange efficiency is more than 20% higher than that of ordinary air conditioning units. The chassis has an extremely high strength, with a deformation of 0.53mm/m, which is only 1/13 of the national standard. Under a wind pressure of 1500Pa, the air leakage is also far lower than the national standard.
