Grad Delivers Africa’s First Modern CDC Headquarters on Schedule
The first phase of the African CDC Headquarters project commenced in December 2020, covering a total construction area of 23,500 square meters. Upon completion, it will become Africa’s first modern disease control center, equipped with advanced office spaces, laboratories, and comprehensive facilities. The project tender was launched in April 2021, and Grad was selected from among numerous competitors. During the project development, Grad’s team overcame multiple challenges, beginning document preparation in May. Throughout this period, they conducted extensive technical exchanges and detailed design refinement, collaborated closely with the construction team to prepare sealing sample data, and ultimately ensured the timely delivery of the project.
