Governor of Russia's Belgorod Oblast Gladkov Visits the GRAD Group for Inspection and Exchange
On the afternoon of October 23, Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of Russia's Belgorod Oblast, and his delegation visited the GRAD Group for a tour and guidance. They were accompanied by Zhang Fangrui, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office; Sun Qianqian, Deputy District Chief of Decheng District; and Zhang Fenglu, Deputy Section Chief of the Foreign Affairs Section of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office. Hu Shujun, General Manager of the International Trade Engineering Company, warmly received the guests.
Governor Gladkov and his delegation toured the Group's exhibition hall and held a discussion. During the tour, General Manager Hu Shujun introduced the business development of the Group's international trade sector to the Governor and his delegation, with a specific focus on products suitable for the local market and FRP pipeline products. The Governor noted that Russia has a developed agriculture and animal husbandry sector and abundant iron ore resources, indicating significant potential for cooperation between both parties.
During the discussions, the Governor expressed openness towards composite material products and welcomed the Group to establish a presence in Belgorod Oblast. General Manager Hu Shujun stated that, given sufficient market capacity and favorable policy support, the Group is willing to engage in localized operations in Russia, contributing its strengths to the development of Belgorod Oblast and achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
